  • Our Client is a well-known and established Leader in Global Technology Industry. They are looking for unique individual to join their growing business as a Customer Service Officer. RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Processing customers’ purchase orders and expediting delivery schedules
    • Supporting Sales team when required
    • Interact, engage and/or respond directly to customers’ needs & requirements
    • Visit customers along with sales persons to assist on ordering management, forecasting, pricing when required
    • Performing other operational duties as and when it is required
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Min Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of customer service experience
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and display good comradeship
    • Team player
    • An eye for details with a good inter-personal skills
    • Good command in English & Chinese language as frequent liaising with mandarin speaking customer
    OTHER INFORMATION:
    •          Location                  : Kallang Area
    •          Working days         :  5 days - 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
    •          Salary                      : $2,000 to $2,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
